1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using aoora apps, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

aoora offers the following subscription plans:

• Trial: $0.99 for the first 7 days, then converts to your chosen plan
• Weekly: $9.99 per week, billed every 7 days
• Monthly: $9.99 per month, billed every 30 days
• Yearly: $79.99 per year, billed annually

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services, share account credentials, reverse engineer our apps, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

All aoora apps, content, and trademarks are owned by aoora. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial purposes.

aoora apps provide general wellness guidance and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice. Consult a professional before making significant lifestyle changes.

Trial Period

Your first 7 days cost $0.99. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged the full subscription amount. The $0.99 trial fee is non-refundable.

Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first full charge, contact us at support@aoora.app for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email support@aoora.app with your account email and reason
• We process refunds within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available after 7 days of the full charge, for the $0.99 trial fee, or if your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations.

Yearly Plans

Yearly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds are issued for yearly plans.
